In collaboration with Iran’s Industrial Management Institute, the Mapna Center of Excellence published “the +2015 Assessment Method” and “the +2015 Declaration Structure” at the level of “Certificate for Excellence” on its website in August 2015. The main reasons for the design and deployment of the +2015 Method at the level of Certificate for Excellence are as follows:
• The need to define focal points in assessments according to specific characteristics of each organization
• Focusing on site observation results rather than on declaration text
• Avoiding complete census and complete accounting for assessing organizations in the midst of their way to Excellence
• Assembling a team to assess the different parts of the organization with the goal of creating harmony and integrity in assessment
• Receiving feedback with a higher quality and with a focus on the key areas for organizational improvement
