

The first session of the project on “Updating the Mapna Group’s Processes, Sub-processes and Workflows was held on October 28, 2015. This project was defined with the aim of updating the processes at the Mapna Group’s level based on new organizational structure and functions, as issued in March 2014 in the form of a report on the Group’s structure.
This project is to be implemented in three phases: “Understanding and planning the project,” “updating the processes, sub-processes and workflows and proposing changes in quality management system documentation,” and “identifying key processes and updating process parameters”. Currently, the required data are collected and assigned to relevant organizational units. Therefore, the first phase of the project has finished and the project has entered the second phase of its implementation.
