A contract on SAP implementation feasibility assessment project was signed between Mapna Locomotive Engineering and Manufacturing Company and Mapna Management Consulting Company. The project started in November this year. Feasibility assessments will be carried out by Rafsys Center at Mapna Management Consulting Company with the aim of evaluating the readiness of the organization to implement the SAP ERP system and comparing the current situation of Mapna Locomotive Engineering and Manufacturing Company with world leading companies in the manufacturing of locomotives.
The main activities of this project includes studying and understanding the existing situation in terms of basic data, processes, infrastructure and human resources as well as evaluating the requirements, analyzing the present situation, and offering proposals in the field of SAP implementation. Studies by Mapna Management Consulting Company show that an early recognition of the future needs of the organization could be a major step forward in the successful implementation of the project and an important factor in reducing ERP implementation risks in Mapna Locomotive Engineering and Manufacturing Company.
