Wave 1 of the SAP Implementation Project was completed and put to operation on December 31, 2014 in Mapna Boiler Engineering and Manufacturing Company. In order to appreciate the efforts of Mapna Boiler Engineering and Manufacturing Company’s SAP Unit and Mapna Management Consulting Company’s Rafsys Center, a meeting was held in Hotel Homa, Tehran, attended by the team members, project managers, and CEO’s of these two companies.
The ceremony began with speeches by the project managers Mr. Mirmotahhari and Mr. Ekhlaspour, giving reports on the functional progress of the project and future plans, and it continued with a speech by Vice President of Mapna Boiler Engineering and Manufacturing Company, Mr. Azari. He finished his speech by pointing to the importance of the cooperation of all units and partners in improving business processes in the SAP system.
Then, the CEO of Mapna Management Consulting Company, Mr. Mirhadi, delivered his speech by pointing to the services of Mapna Management Consulting Company. Also, the CEO of Mapna Boiler Engineering and Manufacturing Company, Mr. Rajabi, discussed the importance of the establishment of the SAP system and the role of this system in improving organizational efficiency. At the end, all colleagues who were active in SAP implementation projects were awarded and appreciated.
Wave 1 of the project is currently in the support phase and Wave 2, including PS, SD, DMS & CO modules is under establishment. Also, WAVE 2, including the complete setup of ECM, CO, PS, QM, and PP, is to be operated in the following months.
