The SAP ERP implementation project started in June 2014 and was put to operation in August 2015 at Sepahan Equipment Manufacturing Company (STS Co.). This was a great accomplishment since it reached the operation stage by Rafsys Center’s Iranian consultants in 14 months. This project was the quickest SAP ERP project in Iran and in relation to similar projects considering the diversity of its products and its engineer-to-order approach.
In the first wave of the project, purchasing, sales, after-sales service, production, project systems, quality control, storage, maintenance and financial modules – including financial accounting and cost accounting – were implemented and executed.
Also, in the second wave of the project, human resource management (HCM) and document management system modules will be implemented.
